Refund policy
At Boss Queen Brew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for merchandise and coffee:
General Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
* Merchandise: Must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* Coffee: Must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at BossQueenBrew@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Coffee-Specific Issues
If you have a problem with your coffee (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), please contact us at BossQueenBrew@gmail.com immediately. We will evaluate your situation and determine if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
* Opened or used coffee products.
* Perishable goods, custom items, or personalized merchandise.
* Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
